Article: IMUS IS BEHAVING ON HIS SHOW AS IF HE REALLY WERE `GOD'S OTHER SON'.(TELEVISION & R)

Byline: KEITH MARDER

Who really cares about Don Imus' toothache and whether he should take Motrin or Aleve?

Well, if you listen to his show, which airs in more than 50 markets across the country, you'd be convinced he thinks you care about his teeth, when he gets the sniffles or if he feels generally icky.

What ever happened to the glorious past when the only time Imus, whose show ``Imus in the Morning'' airs on WTRY-AM (980) and WYSR-FM (98.3) weekdays from 6-10 a.m., only spoke about his anatomy when it had to do with his third testicle or his shriveled up turkey neck?

Now, that was good radio.
