Jan. 10--Caribbean Sun Airlines, citing strong competition from rivals, said Tuesday it plans to cease all flight operations and eliminate 195 jobs, 32 of them at corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. The airline's hub is in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and it serves nine Caribbean destinations with more than 160 flights a week.
