Shenendehowa school officials are to unveil a high school policy today against harassment that for the first time includes sexual orientation.
It is believed to be just one of a handful of schools in the state to have such wording in their anti-harassment policies.
``I absolutely congratulate the high school on their efforts,'' said Mitch Hahn, local chairman of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network. ``But I feel that a policy such as that should be a districtwide policy.''
