Italian card-processing firm SSB acquires Hungary's GBC from banks K&H and HVB
BUDAPEST. JANUARY 10. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Italy's Societa per i Servizi Bancari S.p.A. (SSB), a leading European card-processing and payment-systems company, Wednesday announced that it has acquired Hungarian company GIRO Bankcard Zrt (GBC). The acquisition price was not disclosed.
