Jan. 11--Miami may be used to invasions by snowbirds, but nothing like the flock of Cleveland Orchestra musicians that is preparing to roost there for two weeks. While in town, the players plan to treat residents not just to a feast of northern song at the recently opened Carnival Center for the Performing Arts, but also to hands-on training. Miami doesn't have its own symphony orchestra.
