Jan. 11--Miami may be used to invasions by snowbirds, but nothing like the flock of Cleveland Orchestra musicians that is preparing to roost there for two weeks. While in town, the players plan to treat residents not just to a feast of northern song at the recently opened Carnival Center for the Performing Arts, but also to hands-on training. Miami doesn't have its own symphony orchestra. For two weeks this month, it will borrow Cleveland's, led by music director Franz Welser-Moest and assistant director Andrew Grams, for the orchestra's first of 10 annual residencies in Miami.
