Jan. 11--The three partners in KL Group, a high-profile hedge fund that wooed tens of millions of dollars from wealthy Palm Beach investors, have been indicted by a West Palm Beach federal grand jury on 35 counts of fraud, conspiracy and money-laundering charges. John Bae Kim, his brother Yung Bae Kim and Won Sok Lee were indicted in what the U.S. Attorney's Office in South Florida on Wednesday called "a massive scheme" that took in more than $194 million from at least 250 investors between 2000 and 2005.
