AMSTERDAM - Minority shareholders in one of British American Tobacco Plc's biggest cigarette factories in Russia have won the right to call as witnesses five individuals with investment banking group ABN AMRO to testify in the dispute concerning the relationship between BAT and a Dutch-based firm called Hamultun B.V., which the shareholders contend is secretly controlled by the tobacco giant through ABN AMRO.
