Enhancing the Customer Experience Continues to Be Priority in 2007
RESTON, Va. -- Sprint Nextel (NYSE:S) announced another step in its commitment to enhancing its customers' experience, naming industry veteran Bryan DiGiorgio as senior vice president for Customer Care. DiGiorgio will manage all of Sprint Nextel's business and consumer customer service activities, as well as the general management of the customer care's overall operational functions.
