DEAR HELOISE: I'm hoping you can help me. I love to make angel food cake. It takes a dozen egg whites. Other than egg noodles, do you know of any other recipes that use EGG YOLKS?

DEAR D. MEYER: How about boiling them? Yep, you can boil egg yolks the same way you do a whole egg. Just gently slide the yolks into water and boil them for about eight to 10 minutes or until done.
