IN THE bleak mid-winter, frosty winds may indeed moan, but you can ward off the chill with a rich warming winter souffle, courtesy of 60 Hope Street's head chef Sarah Kershaw
Taken from 60 Hope Street's Winter Warmer menu exclusively created for Daily Post readers, it provides the perfect comfort food for a cosy night in by the fire.

Enjoy with some rich ketchup and a big glass of red wine in front of a roaring fire.
