ALBANY Capital Repertory Theatre's 1999-2000 season will consist of less expensive shows with smaller casts and fewer performances.
The season will be announced next week. The only component company officials would reveal in advance is a return of the smash musical revue ``Always . . . Patsy Cline.''
Although 1998 brought increased attendance and a related boost in income from ticket sales, ``the financial situation is still dire,'' said Jeff Dannick, Capital Rep's managing director. ``We're still not balancing our budget, and that's something we have to do.''
In an effort to end the 1998-99 season in the black or at least not in the red ...
