Adapted from ``Cocktail Food'' by Mary Corpening Barber and Sara Corpening Whiteford (Chronicle Books) Salsa:
3/4 cup seeded and finely chopped plum tomatoes
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup cooked black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup favorite picante sauce
