As you look up, in they fly. Coming fast from the right but curling ever closer, dropping lower all the time as they settle toward the ``pond.''
Shooting at the bird to the left, you miss, and there is barely enough time to pull the trigger a second again as you hastily swing the gun on the bird on the right. This time your aim is better, and it shatters into several fluorescent orange pieces.
On this shoot, the birds are made out of clay, and it doesn't matter that one of them was missed, because there is another pair of clay targets ready to give you another chance.
