Q: I have a bunch of recipes that call for expresso powder. Since it's expensive, most recipes call for less than a tablespoon, and it won't keep forever, can one substitute regular coffee (or instant coffee) ground up very fine in a food processor? In other words, is espresso a special variety of coffee, or just a finer grind of regular coffee? Thanks for any help you can ...
