Jan. 14--Like a bad penny, convicted embezzler Elizabeth Kingsley-Young just keeps popping up in Roger Neilsen's life. Six years ago, Kingsley-Young, 52, was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for embezzling more than $120,000 from Neilsen's business, Master Framers of St. Paul.

The crime nearly shuttered the framing shop, a Lowertown fixture.
