THE OCS (OFFICE COFFEE SERVICE) industry has evolved over the years. Beginning with glass pot brewers, the consumer was often faced with no variety, dirty pots, burnt coffee and a possible liquid wastage of 50%. Then came Filterfresh, which brought the single cup into the office sector, or just about anywhere (car wash, car dealer, dentist office, supermarket, etc.). At first, they could only offer regular and decaf, but Keurig soon followed-up, offering many varieties within a closed system. Flavia also joined the competition, bringing multiple drink choices along with a closed system.
