Shanghai. January 15. INTERFAX-CHINA - Shanghai is offering wireless real-time weather information and alert services, allowing government officials and emergency services to access the latest satellite cloud pictures and updates on air pressure, humidity, rainfall, and wind power, an official with Shanghai Meteorology Bureau said.
