Jan. 16--DRACUT -- Looks are deceiving. Driving down Loon Hill Road in Dracut, the soon-to-be-completed police station looks like a massive, imposing structure from the street. But the 63,000-square-foot edifice is actually T-shaped and designed to be a practical place where police work can be performed in a more efficient manner.
