India lower import duties:British Industry
Bangalore, Jan 17 (PTI) British industry today urged India, as one of the group of four that make up the central hub of Doha Development Round of talks, to be bold and "do more" to make an agreement possible and commit to lowering its import duties across all industrial sectors.
India had also a crucial role to play in a successful outcome of the Doha talks. "India will be a key to what's going to happen in the next few months," Confederation of British Industry Director General Richard Lambert said.
