PARK RIDGE, N.J., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hertz Corporation, the world's largest car rental company, announced today that it plans to install a new on-board navigational system in early December 1994, in hundreds of its cars in California and Florida and in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, New York and Washington, D.C.
