TO THE EDITOR:
I would like to address the situation of rebidding of bus runs in the Saratoga Springs City School District as some employees are upset and misunderstand this decision.
The employees were informed of the changes being made to the routes in April. This is attributed to many factors: new location, school population and new growth all the way around in the district. The bus routes have needed restructuring for some time to more evenly balance the passenger loads.
The administration has the right to reconstruct the routes to better serve ...
