HF-L56 Holy Names53TROY -- Holy Names' season came to an end with a 56-53 loss to Honeoye Falls-Lima in the Class A state semifinal Friday at Hudson Valley Community College, but the team finished well above the goals the players had set for themselves at the beginning of the year.
``It was a huge success,'' Holy Names head coach Paul Bearup said of the team's overall season. ``Our goal was to win the Colonial Council and Section II. To go through the regular season undefeated, and then go on to win regionals was huge. It was a very successful season.''
