Winter has finally arrived, bringing snowy and cold conditions to Central New York.
One of the best treats after an afternoon or evening of skiing, ice skating, sledding or snowmobiling is a slice of homemade apple pie
with a steaming cup of tea, coffee, spiced cider or hot chocolate.
The recipe below for Apple-Cream Cheese Pie is made with a refrigerated pie crust and can be put together in 35 minutes.
