The big story: Cleveland advertising icon Marc Wyse sold the agency he co-founded more than a half-century ago to a group of employees led by a quartet of Wyse leaders, including president and CEO Michael Marino. Terms were not disclosed. Negotiations for the buyout have been under way since early last year. Mr. Marino, director of account management Dave Jankowski, creative director Sharyn Hinman and director of administration Margaret Weitzel now are senior-owner partners.
