Jan. 18--NEW ORLEANS -- At 28, Deuce McAllister is still young enough to have good years left, yet he's old enough to know the best might be behind him. He's smart enough to learn from experience. McAllister is the older half of the NFL's top 1-2 rushing combination, joining 21-year-old rookie Reggie Bush in a backfield that has helped put the Saints in Sunday's NFC championship game against the Bears.
