NORTH GREENBUSH - Two new Planning Board members will take their seats tonight at a meeting where a controversial shopping mall will be discussed, much to the chagrin of some residents.
The Republican members of the outgoing Town Board appointed Linda Mandel-Clemente and Jim Reid to the Planning Board last Thursday, despite opposition from some residents and the two Democratic members of the Town Board.
