Q: I recently traveled to China, I wasn't bothered with jet lag, but coming back was awful. A friend took No-Jet-Lag and said it worked. Have you heard of this? Can you answer me, because I'm flying to Milan, Italy, soon?

A: Can I come? No-Jet-Lag has been around for years and it is a safe, homeopathic blend that helps most people who take it. Melatonin is another over-the-counter product useful for jet lag. I don't recommend sleeping pills because they can be dangerous.
