COLONIE - Long lines of hungry patrons at Colonie Center helped boost third-quarter returns for The Cheesecake Factory Inc. restaurant chain.
The mall restaurant pulled in an average of $280,000 per week since its late-August opening, the company reported Monday. That spot, and the other two Cheesecake Factories it opened in the third quarter, together averaged $262,000 in sales per week.
The company didn't release average sales for the rest of its restaurants this quarter, but one year ago said they each pulled in about $212,700 a week.
