When Sharon turned in her daily diet diary in health class, she had no idea that she had a deficiency. Oh, sure, she often felt tired and her skin was paler than she would have liked. And true, she sometimes felt dizzy and had headaches a lot. At times she just went home and slept for a few hours before she could manage to do her homework. She figured it was due to her hectic schedule.
