HALFMOON - A plan to build a medical complex with a 120-bed hospital cleared a small hurdle Tuesday when the Town Board reluctantly moved the project to the Planning Board for review.
Boni Enterprises proposes a facility of up to 250,000 square feet with a 24-hour emergency room and several medical buildings on 80 acres off Route 146 across from the Saab dealership. An area hospital, believed to be Albany Medical Center, is behind the plan.
