She runs a racist clearinghouse in rural BC, she edits a digest of racist literature, she organizes conferences and tours showcasing prominent white supremacists and anti-Semites, and she distributes anti-Jewish tracts like The Protocols for World Conquest. But call Eileen Pressler a racist and she'll sue.
David Lethbridge, a university instructor and outspoken anti-fascist in Pressler's town, found out the hard way. And anti-racist organizations across North America are closely monitoring this BC Supreme Court lawsuit which, if successful, could drastically curtail citizens' ability to fight racism in their communities.
