ABOUT 20 million people in the UK have allergies or intolerance to one kind of food or another.
Two percent suffer serious, possibly life-threatening allergies to foods.
And yet sufferers of food intolerance are receiving little or no help from the medical profession according to Stolen Lives, a report marking Food Allergy and Intolerance Week (January 22-26).
