Jan. 21--ADA -- They've heard of five- and 10-year floods. They've even lived through them.
Residents witnessing recent flooding couldn't begin to predict the probability of three floods in six weeks, though.
"I've lived here for almost 10 years, and it's always flooded," said Candise Branch, who lives in a trailer court along U.S. Route 224 in Ottawa. "We just bought a new trailer and put it in, and now we're looking for land to get out of the flood zone."
