Brooklyn Park authorities are asking for the public's help and offering a $2,500 reward for information on the people involved in a double homicide Tuesday night in an apartment building parking lot.
Police Chief Wade Setter said investigators have no clear motive or suspect, but are seeking at least two people who fired a pistol and an assault rifle into a car occupied by a New Brighton couple. Police have said the shooting appears unrelated to drug dealing, robbery or gangs. Ja'Naurri Allen, 18, and Mosetta Peters, 21, died from gunshots fired into their car in the 8100 block of Zane Av. N.
