CORVALLIS - Less than two years after the completion of an $80 million expansion of Reser Stadium, the Beavers are building again.
Phase II of a three-phase Oregon State football/athletics project is under way, including the reconstruction of the Reser's south end-zone seating and the first step of a two-step construction process of the Gill Coliseum Annex.
Bob De Carolis, the OSU director of athletics, said the Beavers' latest project has a price tag of about $35 million.
