DIVI RESORT DOINGS. Divi Resorts, which has 8 properties in the Caribbean, on Jan. 10 announced several renovations and expansions. Little Bay Beach Resort in St. Maarten is renovating guestrooms and public spaces, and is investing US$25 million to expand the timeshare inventory. At Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort in Aruba 82 Golf Villas of the projected 240 have been completed and are available for occupancy, with another 52 scheduled to be completed by in mid-2007.
