(BTC - TSX Venture), ("Benton") (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an option and joint venture agreement with Tri-Gold Resources Corp. of Vancouver, B.C whereby Tri-Gold Resources Corp has the rights and option to earn up to 60 % interest in the Nipigon Uranium Project by fulfilling the following conditions.
