STOCKTON, Calif., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pac-West Telecomm, Inc. , a leading provider of next generation and traditional voice communications services, today announced that it has extended its offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 13 1/2% Senior Notes due 2009 for newly issued 13 1/2% Senior Priority Notes due 2009 and its solicitation of consents to an amendment to the indenture governing the Senior Notes.
