TOKYO -- Allied Telesis Capital Corporation (AT Capital), a subsidiary of Allied Telesis Holdings K.K. (headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Chairman and CEO: Takayoshi Oshima) and NTT America, Inc. (headquartered in New York, CEO: Tetsuro Yamaguchi), the wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of NTT Communications Corporation, today announced the launch of IP Triple Play services on the United States Air Force Base in Yokota, Japan.
