Jan. 24--Jimmy Rollins often has spoken with candor and confidence during his tenure as Phillies shortstop. So when asked Tuesday whether the Phillies were the NL East favorites for the 2007 season, he answered without hesitation. "I think we are the team to beat in the NL East -- finally," Rollins said during a Phillies Winter Tour luncheon at Citizens Bank Park. "But that's all on paper.
