A federal judge ruled Wednesday that Andrea Reynolds, Claus von Buelow's companion during his attempted murder trial last year, is not a journalist and must turn over the notes on a book she is writing about von Buelow's sensational trial and acquittal.
Von Buelow's stepchildren filed a $56 million federal civil suit against him last year after a Rhode Island jury acquitted the Danish socialite of trying to kill their mother, von Buelow's wife Martha "Sunny" von Buelow.
