Rose Knorr was named vice president of Baldwin Droms Associates Inc., a Scotia-based real estate and development firm.
Knorr has been with Baldwin Droms since 1969 as a sales agent.
She attended Barry College in Miami, Fla., and Union and Siena colleges in the Capital District.
James S. Hartle and Thomas M. Prawdzik were elected assistant vice presidents at Northeast Savings.
He is manager of the bank's Loundonville office.
