Barry Gibson digs up dirt on celebrities. Literally.
When the Lansing, Mich.-based entrepreneur made a swing out to the East Coast earlier this fall, he carried a shovel and carted home the scoop on Katharine Hepburn, Paul Newman, David Letterman, Meryl Streep and Stephen King.
Gibson, 39, who runs a janitorial service, is owner of Celebrity Dirt. "I guess I'm always in the dirt," he quips.
In the past year, Gibson has sold 10,000 vials of the $1.79 Celebrity Dirt he dug himself in the yards of dozens of stars, including Joan Collins, Johnny Carson, Madonna, Michael J. Fox and Sylvester Stallone.
