Gov. Mario M. Cuomo said Friday that continued talk of a brokered Democratic national convention next year is "undesirable" and "tends to be self-fulfilling."
Speculation about Cuomo as a possible presidential candidate has continued, despite his February announcement that he would not seek the nomination, largely because of his refusal to rule out accepting a draft at a deadlocked convention.
