BUDAPEST. JANUARY 25. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - REAL ESTATE/RETAIL: Lunetta to Establish Shopping Center at Zalahus HQ Site - The final and most valuable real estate asset of former meat products maker Zalahus has been sold to Zalaegerszeg-based real estate firm Lunetta Kft. The Zalahus HQ building, which has been in liquidation since spring 2005 was sold on the fifth attempt, since there were no bidders in the first three procedures, while the winner of the fourth eventually backed out of the deal.
