WHEN Sting complained about an illegal fishing hut on a neighbour's land, he seemed to be on solid ground when it came to planning law.
But it seems the singer forgot that his estate is subject to the same rules.
It emerged last night that planning officers are investigating a barn built on Sting's land, after receiving a tip-off.
The barn, designed to house the singer's organic pigs and poultry, was 'not constructed with the original design approved by the council', officials found, which may mean it has to be pulled down.
