"You are only as young as you feel" has long been a popular aphorism, and a recent study of middle-aged men seems to support it.
A growing number of American men are challenging the stereotypes of middle age as never before, the study found. They view themselves as younger than their actual age and are adjusting their physical appearance to look as young as they feel.
