Jan. 25--LOWVILLE -- Lewis County Dairy Corp. has asked a federal judge to reconsider and vacate a Jan. 11 decision that orders the Route 812 business to pay more than $650,000 for equipment it never received.
Watertown attorney David P. Antonucci, who represents the kosher dairy plant, filed a motion Monday to have the decision reconsidered, according to documents filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court, Utica.
