ISLAMABAD, January 25 (PPI): Strengthening of Social Sciences and Humanities in higher education is vital for the socio-economic development of Pakistan. This was stated by Dr. Ishrat Hussain, Former Governor State Bank of Pakistan who is heading HECs National Committee on Development of Social Sciences and Humanities Pakistan.He was presiding over a meeting of Deans belonging to different public sector universities of the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
