The scene is a downtown pharmacy. In front of a wall banked with rows of pain relievers in many-colored boxes, a pharmacist is telling an elderly woman that if she is sensitive to aspirin, she should buy a pain reliever containing ibuprofen.
The woman doesn't read the warnings printed in tiny type on the side of the box. She doesn't even look at the label. She simply nods, and the pharmacist rings up her sale.
